Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Project Management (80%)
o Develop and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
o Document meeting notes and track action items.
o Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of migration tasks.
o Track budget status (no direct responsibility for securing funding).
o Manage invoices and ensure compliance with project requirements.
o Facilitate stakeholder communication and maintain visibility across teams.
o Ensure adherence to project scope and deadlines.
Miscellaneous Support (20%)
o Assist with tasks such as cleaning up URL lists in Excel and other ad-hoc items related to the migration.
o Provide support for site redesign or migration-related activities.

Qualifications
Required
o Proven experience managing website migration projects.
o Strong project management skills and familiarity with PM fundamentals.
o Comfortable working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
o Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred
o PMP Certification (ideal but not mandatory).
o Experience handling site redesign or migration projects.

Additional Details
Contract runs through the end of Q3 2026.
Stakeholder presence and ability to influence without direct authority.
No direct budget ownership, but responsible for tracking and reporting.
