Job Details
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Agile transformation, tailored to the organization's unique needs and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to teams at all levels, including executives, managers, and individual contributors, to help them understand and embrace Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Implement Agile metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making for process optimization and performance improvement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress of Agile transformation initiatives, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certification.
