Contract description

We are seeking a Veeva System Developer - Contractor to provide subject matter expertise

  • Collaborate on the design and lead the implementation of Enterprise Applications solutions tailored to specific business applications or technologies, aligning with enterprise business strategy and requirements.
  • Administer, configure, and optimize Veeva Vault PromoMats to support the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop custom solutions and integrations to automate workflows, enhance system capabilities, and ensure seamless integration with third-party applications.
  • Maintain a strategic roadmap for the evolution of the quality management and business applications portfolio, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Document all solution architecture design and analysis work, ensuring clarity and compliance with change control best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Veeva Vault Quality, with a strong emphasis on QMS experience; documented certification and experience in a GxP environment is required.
  • Proven ability to oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of systems and solutions, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience coordinating with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and compliance with standards.
  • Strong analytical skills to recommend improvements to existing systems and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Veeva Certifications (Veeva Vault/Vault Quality Suite/QMS) are required.
