Job Details

  • Lead the end to end technical delivery of contact center modernization projects using AWS Connect.
  • Collaborate with architects product owners and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and implementation plans.
  • Design and develop custom contact flows IVR systems and integrations with CRMs and third party platforms.
  • Guide the development team in implementing AWS services such as Lambda Lex Polly S3 DynamoDB and CloudWatch.
  • Ensure high availability scalability and security of the contact center infrastructure Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the contact center ecosystem Stay current with AWS innovations and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 6 plus years of experience in software development and cloud technologies.
  • 2 plus years of hands on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services Strong understanding of contact center technologies including IVR CTI call routing, and real time analytics.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs microservices, and serverless architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Node.js or Java Excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and their integration with Amazon Connect.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI and CD pipelines. Exposure to AI and ML capabilities for enhancing customer interactions.
