Job Details

Sentinel is seeking a Level 2 Help Desk professional to support one of our clients. The role involves addressing break-fix issues, troubleshooting technical problems, imaging laptops, and assisting with onboarding new employees. Additionally, the candidate will handle escalations as needed. This is a one-year contract position based fully onsite at our client s location in Bensenville, IL.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with a ticketing system
  • Experience with break fix, troubleshooting, and device imaging
  • Experience with onboarding new employees
  • Experience with manufacturing (label printing) or retail is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish language is a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude

Compensation Range:

$22.00-$25.00 an hour
