Role- Salesforce Architect
Location- Houston, TX
Responsibilities and Requirements
Requirements
- 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 7 years in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Proven experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including any two of the following: Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Clouds
- Experience working with internal IT partners and business stakeholders, develop and maintain enterprise application architecture strategies, designs and roadmaps.
- Experience in leading workshops to define and prioritize client requirements and required Capabilities. Ability to ask difficult/courageous questions during workshops and suggest best practices and efficient ways of implementing business processes
- Proven ability to design and optimise business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in integration, Lightning, LWC and other clouds like SFMC and Service Cloud.
Experience in Agile methodologies, JIRA and deployment tools.Expertise in evaluating various Salesforce components and technologies, performing a proof of concept in each, and defining the recommended solution.- Preferred with Salesforce certifications / domain badges (Declarative App Designer and/or Sharing & Visibility)
- Desired Certifications / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field

- Platform Developer I and II
- Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- Declarative App Designer Domain Badge
- Sharing & Visibility Domain Badge
- Certified Scrum Master / Certified Product Owner
