Swoon is actively seeking an IAM Operations Engineer to join the team!

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Lead the design, deployment, and enhancement of IAM technologies across the firm's global infrastructure.
  • Administer and maintain IAM, directory, email, and telephony systems to ensure secure, reliable performance.
  • Manage user lifecycle processes with HR, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding and offboarding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents in partnership with Service Desk and support teams.
  • Provide guidance on incident trends and collaborate with engineers to improve processes and system consistency.


What's required?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years managing and securing Active Directory environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook/Exchange, Windows security, DFS, DNS/DHCP, IP addressing, and general network routing.
  • Deep expertise in Azure/Entra, RBAC, PIM, M365, Intune, and IAM fundamentals including SSO, MFA, and IGA.
  • Experience with PAM and IGA tools (Delinea or CyberArk; Veza preferred) and proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
