Base salary: $130k-$145k plus benefits

Job Summary:
The Senior Manager IT Operations will serve as the leader of Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure operations team in BCS Global IT.
In this role, you will:
Lead a team IT and Business Analysts to provide technical administrative support of enterprise applications.
Lead a team of DBA s, Network Administrators to ensure continuous system availability.
Manage - managed services vendors for IT Application support/Infrastructure related services
Provide technical leadership for both application development and architecture design to the Application development and Software Engineering team.
Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external service providers.
Manages and report the critical systems metrics working with application owners.
Accountable for ensuring that the necessary IT controls within the business unit are in place and meets or exceeds the company's compliance and internal control requirements.
Recommend and implement common systems solutions covering all locations and functions, driving both BCS and the company's system standards.
Assist with Audit self-assessments and risk assessments
Qualifications
You have:
Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
5 years experience in IT Operations Management
Hands-on experience in Enterprise Applications Delivery and Support
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Management experience (5+ years) in IT Operations in a 24X7 manufacturing environment, that includes managing IT infrastructure, ERP, CRM, Custom Apps and SaaS technologies.
A deep understanding of developing and managing IT infrastructure for large scale and high-performance applications
Experience in managing Application Management Services (AMS) agreements and vendor relationships.
Experience of working in a DevOps model
Knowledge of ITIL or other relevant frameworks for IT service management.
Experience working in a Cloud/IaaS/PaaS environment such as OCI or Azure Cloud Engine
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of technical professionals.
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
