Key Responsibilities
- Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for claims-focused technology solutions.
- Partner with engineering and business leadership to design scalable, AI-powered products.
- Simplify complex claims processes into user-friendly digital workflows.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, data privacy, and enterprise integration standards.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8 15 years of product management experience, with deep expertise in claims operations at a carrier or TPA.
- Strong knowledge of claims technology platforms and enterprise systems.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, automation).
- Track record of successfully partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver products.
- Background in technology consulting or product companies is a plus.
