Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant

Location: Seattle, WA/ Overland Park, KS

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant to join our IT/HR Technology team. This role will focus on the development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, driving seamless HR service experiences across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HRSD, hands-on development experience, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
  • Configure HR Case Management, HR Services/Topics, ACLs, HR Profiles/Criteria, Journeys, UI Builder, EC Pro, HRSD Lifecycle Events, and Content Management.
  • Implement and manage PDF Document Templates and Employee Journeys through ServiceNow.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  • Customize workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and scripts within the ServiceNow HRSD module.
  • Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems like Workday and SuccessFactors.
  • Lead platform upgrades, feature rollouts, and module enhancements.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and database views for actionable insights.
  • Create technical documentation, work instructions, and support materials for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to refine service processes and technology solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules and HR integrations (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Center / Employee Center Pro configuration and deployment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App for HRSD.
  • Solid understanding of HRSD industry-specific use cases (utilities, telecom, healthcare, etc.).
  • Expertise in building and customizing HR Agent Workspaces, Agent Chat, Lifecycle Events, Employee Journeys, and Reporting Dashboards.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP, APIs).

Certifications (Required):

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading ServiceNow HRSD projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience developing knowledge articles and user training content.
