Job Description:

Stream 1: Entra IDP Consolidation (Primary Objective)

Consolidate Datavant's workforce identity providers into MS Entra.

• Discovery and Design:

• Assess the current state of authentication at Datavant to identify inefficiencies, coverage gaps, and security risks.
• Identify and document the requirements for net new environment or consolidation, including discovery patterns for onboarding new applications for holistic identity and access management (i.e., SSO and IGA functions).
• Create the design for a unified IDP solution in MS Entra, including scalable onboarding patterns for future operationalization.
• Develop a project plan that includes technical milestones and identifies key dependencies across business and IT teams.

• Development/Implementation:

• Execute the migration of existing applications secured by alternate IDPs into MS Entra.
• Perform any necessary configuration changes to enhance security, improve provisioning, or streamline operational management.
• Coordinate with dependent teams to minimize blockers and ensure sequencing aligns with operational readiness.

• Testing and Validation:

• Establish any necessary testing patterns as operational components of MS Entra to validate confidence in configurations and as readiness for IT-SOX compliance.

• Support and Training:

• Provide troubleshooting and configuration guidance.
• Tailored training for Datavant's IAM team to ensure comprehension of the new state solution, including operational needs and process flows where applicable.
