Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Managers to understand business objectives and define product strategies.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear, detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Perform gap analysis, identify dependencies, and assess technical feasibility.
- Work with UI/UX teams to ensure the product meets usability and customer experience standards.
- Assist in UAT planning, defect triage, and validation of implemented features.
- Monitor and measure product KPIs and suggest improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and Lean product development.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and user story writing.
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret analytics, create dashboards, and communicate data-driven insights.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with API-based products, mobile apps, or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with wireframing or prototyping tools.
- Background in product marketing or user research.
- Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PSPO I (Product Owner) is a plus.
