Global Banking & Markets provides a full range of investment banking, credit and risk management products and services relevant to the financing and strategic development needs of our clients. Our products include debt and equity financing, mergers & acquisitions, corporate banking, institutional equity sales, trading and research, fixed income products, derivatives, energy, foreign exchange and metals. We also cross-sell the full range of wholesale products and services offered.
The Business Solutions & Initiatives team is tasked with the implementation of strategic business initiatives for GTB Finance. Provide inputs on overall cross business best practices, process improvements and architecture.
The selected candidate is responsible for helping manage Finance change for Global Transactions Business. The role works closely with business stakeholders on change initiatives to manage future state expectations. The responsibilities include capturing current and future state processes, writing business requirements, resolving complex accounting issues, and working to develop end-user computing solutions for Finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities :
- Work as part of team to help drive strategic change for GTB
- Effective team member with the ability to contribute to business and strategic planning. Resourceful, a self-starter, possessing a high degree of flexibility, creative thinking, and confidence to carry out innovative solutions.
- Ability to gather and understand business needs, translate those needs into written requirements, and work with technology partners through development, testing, and implementation.
- Perform forensic accounting and problem analysis.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including appropriate communication, handling of conflicts, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate and drive interactions with teams outside Finance such as Global Enterprise Technology, Operations, Compliance, Liquidity, Risk, and business functions both regionally and globally to develop a stronger strategy for data and process coverage.
- Develop user computing and data analytics solutions
- Maintain a high-performance environment through self-assessment and mentoring.
- Contribute to an inclusive work environment.
- Testing the accounting logic for the Oracle ledger system (PeopleSoft, OFSAA, FAH)
- Interaction with the finance IT team to explain requirements and pressure test scalability of the business
- Working with users to define requirements and design of accounting flows
- Problem solve Document any new requirements that arise from testing
- Work with BSI team to identify solutions and document requirements and system flows for the program
- Regular interaction with finance management and wider project team
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a BA
- 8+ years of experience with current state analysis, system flow / swim lane diagrams and requirements documentation
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ledger system (PeopleSoft, OFSAA, FAH)
- 5+ years of experience with accounting methodology within the banking industry
- Strong proficiency with MS products (Excel, PPT)

- Bilingual in Spanish
- Alteryx/PowerBI skills
