Digital Marketing Manager
Our ideal candidate is a digital marketing professional with an Inbound marketing background. The candidate should be able to understand the Qyrus platform and its value proposition to develop engaging digital marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute full-funnel inbound demand programs to ensure an adequate sales pipeline.
2. Analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to capitalize on the gaps.
3. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
4. Drive and support the creation and implementation of digital programs and campaigns through email, website, SEO, PPC, social media, and other emerging digital channels
5. Measure the effectiveness of all digital programs with established metrics and KPIs. Own and run the content marketing calendar to deliver on defined objectives
6. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
7. Designs build and maintain our social media and web presence
8. Organize, facilitate, and attend conferences to create inbound demand
Candidate Profile
Graduate with 6-8 Years of relevant experience
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Should know about Hubspot, Google Analytics, WordPress, HootSuite, and Website Traffic Data Interpretation
Practical experience in running/managing Google Ads, Google analytics, display marketing, Brand awareness campaigns, YouTube video ads, email marketing, influencer marketing, Content marketing, and social media marketing
