Job Details

Akkodis is seeking a Business Risk Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Pennington, NJ/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). You will be responsible for managing key control tasks, coordinating model technology risk and governance routines, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to enhance the control framework.

Rate Range: $43/hour to $48/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Risk Analyst job responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior LOB supervisors to ensure a robust control environment.
  • Managing, analyzing, and performing key control tasks for the business as required.
  • Actively participating in governance routines, including preparing and presenting documentation to senior audiences.
  • Providing support and engaging with internal stakeholders on risk and control matters.
  • Leading program-wide initiatives to identify and resolve audit issues and perform deep-dives into control weaknesses.
  • Collaborating with key control and support partner groups to enhance supervisory reporting and monitoring processes.
  • Ensuring transparency and consistency in roles, processes, and accountabilities, and improving governance documentation.
  • Driving operational risk program deliverables, including Risk and Control Self Assessments, key metrics, and operational event reporting.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Risk & Control environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical matters for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, drive change, and manage risk and control processes.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour
