Our direct, F100 client headquartered near Cleveland, OH is looking to hire a REMOTE IT Project Manager (Lead IT Project Manager Associate) for a 12-month, extendable contract position. The focus will be on prior experience managing Agile-focused M&A-related initiatives (mergers and acquisitions). Candidates can work remotely within the US, but must be able to follow an ET schedule.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Decisive Leadership Taking responsibility for guiding others actions and providing direction beyond the project team; stepping forward to take the lead in addressing difficult issues and making tough judgment calls.

- Comfortable with ambiguous situations.

- Demonstrates and understands the concept of a servant leader.

Essential Skills:


- Prior experience working on infrastructure/application development related IT projects.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and enjoyable attitude, showing adaptability to work in a dynamic environment undergoing significant change

- Excellent organization skills and communication

- Knowledge of industry standards, project management methodologies and software development methodology

- Knowledge of project management scheduling and/or iteration management tools (e.g., MS Project)

- Proven ability to effectively collaborate within a team-oriented environment, managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities, while leveraging creativity to develop innovative solutions tailored to the unique challenges of M&A projects.
