- Ability to maintain Confluence pages, dashboards, and JIRA workflows for visibility and governance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design of MFT solutions using Globalscape EFT, including DMZ Gateway, RAM agents, and AWE configurations.
- Define and implement high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for MFT infrastructure.
- Develop and deploy secure file transfer workflows across internal and external systems using SFTP, FTP, FTPS, and HTTPS.
- Integrate MFT with enterprise platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Kafka, etc.) and support API-based automation.
- Provide L3 support for production incidents, emergency break-fix, and minor enhancements.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), patching, certificate management, and log maintenance.
- Support internal audits, periodic access reviews (PAR), and end-of-life upgrades.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for operational transparency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including network, infrastructure, and application support.
