Role: IT Project Manager - Healthcare
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to South Carolina. Less than 25%)
  • Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a passion for healthcare innovation and Epic systems. As this rapidly growing health system continues to acquire new hospitals and expand its footprint, they need a strong leader to manage integration projects from an Information Systems perspective.
  • In this role, you will lead Epic implementations and IS integration efforts across newly acquired facilities, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with enterprise standards. You'll also support infrastructure planning and IS coordination for new facility construction projects.

Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience in the healthcare industry
  • 3+ years of hands-on Epic implementation experience
  • Proven experience managing IS projects for new healthcare facility construction
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow for project management and reporting
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • PMP certification is a plus

What You'll Do:
  • Lead Epic system implementations and IS integration projects across newly acquired hospitals, including infrastructure, applications, and data migration.
  • Oversee IS planning and execution for new healthcare facility construction projects.
  • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Use ServiceNow for project tracking, resource planning, and reporting.
  • Provide clear communication, documentation, and updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.
