Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience in a desktop support or IT operations role
Working knowledge of Windows OS and MacOS
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune or similar
General understanding of networking concepts and system troubleshooting
Desired Skills & Experience
Exposure to scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
Interest in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
Familiarity with IT service management practices such as ITIL
Experience working in a hybrid or cloud-first environment
