PC Technician

Arlington, VA | PC Technician | Full-time

We are actively recruiting a PC Technician for our client in Arlington, VA. This is a contract opportunity that will require being fully onsite in Arlington. This person will be part of a highly collaborative and engaging IT team. This role is critical to the team and may have to report for occasional emergency duties outside of office hours. Some travel may be required to support other offices when necessary. Must have excellent customer service skills, technical Oracle expertise, curiosity, creativity, and talent for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an IT support role, involving extensive customer support, both remote and in-person

• Full understanding of Windows Environment and extensive experience with MS Office Suite

• A+ Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology

• ServiceNow or related ticketing management system
