Job Details

We re seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to support key initiatives including international expansion, the Global Intern Program, and the Annual Compensation Cycle. This role offers the opportunity to lead optimization projects and drive continuous improvement across multiple Workday modules.

Location: Open (Remote flexibility)
Duration: Immediate start through 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Workday across multiple modules preferably HCM, Talent & Performance, Learning, and Advanced Compensation

  • Lead or support Workday optimization and enhancement projects

  • Advise on best practices and guide post-production support initiatives

  • Build consensus on business processes and communicate system capabilities and limitations

  • Create and maintain documentation for configuration and enhancements

Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and business process experience in two or more areas: Recruiting, Core HCM, Security, Reporting, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, or Learning

  • At least 2 years of experience in Workday Configurable Security and Custom Report Development

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
