- Bachelor s degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, etc.) or science (physics, chemistry)An associate degree with 3 6 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Maximum 10 years of total experience
- Experience in quality roles with exposure to MRB engineering
- Good disposition experience on non-conformances.

| REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: |
- Aerospace and manufacturing domain experience
- Quality tools knowledge: Root Cause Analysis, 8D, PFMEA, APQP/PPAP
- Experience advancing Zero Defect culture utilizing advanced quality tools such as statistical analysis, PFMEA, and 8D corrective action.
- Supplier quality audit experience
- Familiarity with Zero Defect culture and deployment of statistical tools in quality management
- Ability to develop and implement Supplier Risk Mitigation Plans
- Involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI) from a quality assurance perspective
- Strong communication and decision-making skills for interacting with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions; hands-on expertise in measurement methods and tools
- Hands-on experience with MRB processes for metallic parts
