Job Title: Sr. BI Reporting Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX — Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months

 

Key Responsibilities 
Develop and optimize Power BI datasets, semantic models, and dashboards (DAX, Power Query). 
Implement governance: Row-Level Security, sensitivity labels, certified datasets. 
Build and manage Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Lakehouse models, and Dataflows Gen2. 
Integrate data from Oracle Fusion Applications (OTBI, BI Publisher) and other sources. 
Ensure performance tuning, incremental refresh, and compliance with security standards. 
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements. 
Support DevOps practices: Git integration, deployment pipelines, and release management. 

Required Qualifications 
5+ years in BI/reporting roles with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric experience. 
Strong SQL and dimensional modeling skills. 
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications Reporting (OTBI/BIP). 
Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance in enterprise reporting.
