Role Overview:
Provide Level 2/3 technical and functional support for IBM Maximo applications deployed across client s US facilities.
This includes handling configurations, customizations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and automation scripts to ensure optimal asset management and system performance.

Automation Scripts & MBO Customization
Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
BIRT Reporting and SQL Query Writing
Workflow Design and Optimization
Windows Server Administration (2022)
Microsoft SQL Server (for applications with DB components)
Secondary Skills:
SAP Integration Understanding (especially in Manufacturing/Finance domains)
Incident and Problem Management (ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools)
CMDB and Queue Group Configuration
Communication and Stakeholder Management
Documentation and SOP Creation
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on support for Maximo applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Configure and customize Maximo modules using automation scripts and MBOs.
Develop and maintain integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
Design and optimize workflows to streamline business processes.
Build and customize reports using BIRT and SQL.
Support Maximo Mobile and ensure compatibility with enterprise devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Finance, Integration) to align application functionality with business needs.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end-users.
Coordinate with offshore teams and Abbott s internal SAP support for integration-related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Maximo support roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
Experience with Maximo 7.6 and/or MAS v9.
Strong understanding of asset management processes in manufacturing and finance domains.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
IBM Maximo certification (preferred).
