Role: Salesforce Business System Analyst

Time Zone: CST - US

Remote: Yes

Duration of the Contract: C2H - 6 months of contract

Job Description

Experience - 12 or more years of work experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field with three (3) of those years in the healthcare industry; OR any combination of academic education, professional training, or work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Workers Compensation or Healthcare experience, including knowledge of provider administration practices.

Experience in Salesforce, Healthcloud, and Virsys12 a huge plus.

Required non-technical proficiencies and knowledge - Critical skills include excellent interviewing, facilitation, organization, project management, analytical and problem solving, mentoring and strong verbal communications and documentation writing abilities; Strong customer service skills and prior experience supporting internal customers; Good presentation skills and the ability to provide end-user training when needed; Ability to make judgments, decisions and suggestions for procedural improvements; Ability to handle fast-paced work flow and multi-task; Flexible to meet changing needs and multiple tasks; Excellent follow-through skills with strong attention to detail; Strong ability to develop, understand and translate detailed requirements documentation from business client requirements; Adaptive and open to frequent changes in work environment and prioritization; Able to manage multiple competing deadlines; Efficiently able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required technical proficiencies/knowledge

Familiar with advanced IT concepts, IT policies, LAN connectivity and LAN security.

Familiar with web technologies, PC hardware platforms, and MS Operating Systems. Knowledgeable designer of Intranet and/or web-based systems.

Strong experience with client/server databases (DB2, SQL) and reporting tools; Enhanced knowledge of database structure and design; Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and change management; Expert with all aspects of Microsoft Office and other Microsoft products (InfoPath, Word, Excel, Access, Project, XML, MS SQL Server, SharePoint, VSS, Microsoft Windows); SCRUM/Agile processes; Strong interfaces; Strong knowledge of Internet formats and languages; Enhanced knowledge of software quality assurance methodology and practice; understanding of systems and applications with the ability to learn managed healthcare systems, business analysis and problem solving.
