Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in technical support, logistics, or operations preferred.

  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
    Ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Confluence).

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of inventory and order management systems.

  • Healthcare support experience is a strong bonus.

  • Comfortable with physical activity and meeting lifting requirements.
