Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst will support our Human Resources team in maintaining and optimizing our current HRIS system (ADP) while actively participating in the implementation of Workday. This role will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, generating reports, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with the transition to Workday.
To ensure success in this role, the individual should have a strong background in HR systems, data analytics, and process improvement. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, a unique passion for leveraging technology to enhance HR processes, and a general curiosity of HR systems and how they work.
HRIS Analyst Responsibilities:
- Maintain optimal function of existing HRIS system ADP, which includes performing data entry and updates within the system.
- Provide technical support to HR and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related inquiries.
- Develop and generate customized HR reports depending on needs and analyze data.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee data by conducting regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and implementing data quality controls.
- Actively participate in Workday implementation, collaborating with internal HR teams.
- Support data migration from ADP to Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with system testing and validation of all.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users.
- Train HR and business users on HR system functionality and best practices.
- Develop user guides and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR technology processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRIS related tasks.
- Lead or participate in HRIS related projects such as system upgrades, implementations, integrations, etc.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A bachelor s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of four years of experience in HRIS administration.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems (preferably ADP and/or Workday).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in HR system implementation and data migration is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience performing diagnostic tests and audits, as well as documenting processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
