RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Manager - CRM Systems in Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid).
Overview:
We are seeking an IT Manager to lead a CRM team focused primarily on Salesforce, along with other CRM systems from recent acquisitions. This role involves delivering technology-enabled process transformation in partnership with business teams, with a focus on front-end applications related to marketing and sales functions. The position offers the opportunity to improve business operations across global locations.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of CRM platform administrators, analysts, and developers to support and enhance CRM capabilities and ERP integrations
* Collaborate with core IT and business teams on projects involving Salesforce and other CRM applications
* Document functional requirements, develop specifications, design, configure, and test new capabilities and enhancements
* Create and execute test scenarios across systems to ensure complete testing and integration
* Provide operational support for existing CRM applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly
* Support ongoing data maintenance and cleansing
* Respond to urgent inbound requests from multiple regions and time zones
* Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and metrics management
* Conduct system demos and provide user training and testing support
* Perform other related tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS degree with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM, including at least one full-cycle implementation and post-launch enhancements
* Prior experience managing a global team of 4-10 people in a performance-based environment
* Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, and ecosystem tools such as Copado, OwnBackup, DocuSign, and Conga
* Experience developing CRM roadmaps and strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders
* Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) and project management experience
* Understanding of data integration techniques and database management/design
* Experience with application integration and end-to-end process testing
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work with international teams and stakeholders across time zones
* Willingness to travel up to 15%, with flexibility for increased travel during implementations
Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications
* Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce programming.
* Business knowledge of sales and marketing processes in manufacturing
* Experience with SAP Order Management
* Experience managing CRM in a multi-instance landscape for a global organization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
