Job Details

Exchange Online Management: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online environments.

Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations: At least 2 3 years of experience executing and managing large-scale Exchange Online tenant migrations.

Exchange Hybrid Deployments (2019): 3+ years of experience supporting or managing hybrid Exchange 2019 environments, including mail flow and coexistence.

PowerShell Scripting: 4+ years of experience developing and using PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and Exchange management.

Incident Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Proven experience (5+ years) diagnosing and resolving complex messaging issues during migration and production operations.

Tier 2/3 Technical Support: 3 5 years providing advanced support for Exchange Online, Teams, and on-premise Exchange environments via platforms like ServiceNow.

Mail Routing & Email Security: 3+ years of experience managing email routing, spam filtering, and security solutions.

SMTP Relay Management: 2+ years of experience configuring and maintaining SMTP relays and related mail transport services.

Microsoft Active Directory Integration: 5+ years of experience supporting and integrating AD with messaging infrastructure.

Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding (3+ years) of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and network troubleshooting as they relate to messaging and mail flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Exchange Online, Exchange 2019 hybrid, and email gateway environments.

Lead and execute Exchange Online tenant-to-tenant migrations, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents during migration and day-to-day operations.

Utilize PowerShell scripting for system administration, automation, and migration processes.

Act as Tier 2/3 support for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange on-premise via ServiceNow.

Serve as the primary point of contact for major migration and support projects.

Oversee mail routing, email flow, and security across environments.

Configure and maintain SMTP relay and related services.

Collaborate with the Active Directory team to ensure seamless integration with messaging infrastructure.

Apply foundational networking knowledge to support information delivery and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
