Job Details

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Over ten (10) years as an Enterprise/Solutions Architect or equivalent with extensive experience in designing distributed enterprise level architecture for mission and business critical systems.
2. Demonstrate applied architectural methodology covering all full solution development life cycle from conceptual/ideation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and operational readiness
3. Strong system analysis skills, experienced across the complete project lifecycle.
4. Experience directing teams of architects, programmers, analysts and testers in a variety of small to large-scale projects.
5. Experience in public and private sector, preferably in state government.
6. Experienced developing the technology solution requirements for customer request for proposals.
7. Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies.
8. Experience in developing and provide solution options and recommendations in an environment involving multiple datacenters: an in-house datacenter, co-lo datacenter, hosted datacenter, and Cloud datacenters including SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) solutions.
9. Must have strong communications skills, having the ability to communicate well with all levels of staff executive management and both business and technical staff.
10. Experience developing consensus with disparate groups, sometimes with competing agenda.
11. Experience developing enterprise policies for management consideration.
12. Experience in Microsoft Azure Identity Management and Azure Security Best Practices.

Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with multiple cloud technologies and cloud vendors.
Experience with migrating data centers from hosted data centers to cloud providers.
Experience developing cloud hosting requirements for organizations migrating to the cloud.
Experience with differing access control levels (ACL) per organization.
Experience with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server for application lifecycle management activities.
Certification in MS Azure is a plus.
Previous project management experience is a plus.
