Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration SME to join our team in Solon, Ohio. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in configuring and integrating ERP systems to optimize business processes and supply chain operations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of ERP systems and supply chain modules, as well as expertise in SAP integrations and Web APIs.
Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize ERP and CRM systems to align with business process requirements.
Develop and implement integrations between SAP systems and other ERPs using Web APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Lead the configuration of supply chain-specific modules to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support during system implementation.
Ensure proper configuration management and documentation for all ERP and CRM systems.
Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to streamline processes.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across systems and platforms.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues or inefficiencies.
Train users on system functionalities and provide ongoing support as needed.
Requirements
Extensive experience in configuring and implementing ERP systems.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into system solutions.
Proficiency in SAP IBP and supply chain modules.
Expertise in developing integrations using Web APIs.
Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and configuration plans.
Familiarity with configuration management techniques and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
