Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing external communications and marketing materials. You will also be tasked with producing creative designs and messaging for advertising, publications, events, and collateral materials.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and communications materials in support of various campaigns
Ensure all communications carry accurate messaging regarding the organization's activities and mission
Collaborate with various teams to develop marketing plans and timelines
Create, design, and manage the production and distribution of advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and other collateral communications materials for external audiences
Manage contracts for vendor services and maintain awareness of industry and social media marketing trends
Oversee the content of webpages, creating new content and reviewing existing content to identify areas of improvement
Coordinate with various teams to ensure all online platforms are up to date and functioning
Attend team meetings and other meetings as directed
Review and present monthly Google Analytics summary to guide marketing strategies
Assist with agency fundraising events as needed

Skills:

Familiarity with CRM and Database systems
Proficiency in Facebook Insights, Google Ad, and Google AdWords
Experience with Advertisements, Analytics, and Brand Awareness
Knowledge of Campaign Planning and Design

Requirements

Proficiency in CRM and Database management
Demonstrable experience with Facebook Insights and Google Ad
Familiarity with Google AdWords and other advertising platforms
Strong background in creating and implementing analytics strategies
Proven track record in enhancing brand awareness through digital marketing tactics
Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns effectively
Design skills including graphic design and web design
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
High level of creativity and innovation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
Proven track record in delivering effective digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
