Junior Inventory Quality Assurance Inspector (Occasionally Travel is required to Maryland & Texas)

Primary Worksite: The Junior Inventory QA Inspector will initially be assigned to our main client's warehouse in Breinigsville, PA, with the expectation to service additional facilities within the same geographic region, including a warehouse in Maryland & Dallas, Texas, subject to client demand. Travel readiness by both air and land is essential.
Training Requirement: The candidate must successfully complete a training program and be observed and approved by the client during an inspection activity.
Job Responsibilities:
- The Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inventory audits at various distribution centers and retail locations operated by the Client.
- Utilize technology and tools provided by to record accurate count and condition of inventory, including supporting evidence such as photographs and detailed notes.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is imperative to ensure the highest level of precision in inventory quality assessments.
Professional Attributes:
- Exemplary attention to detail is required to maintain the integrity of inventory inspections.
- Punctuality and strict adherence to timelines for completion of inspections, data upload, and response to any queries post-inspection.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective coordination and reporting.
- Flexibility to work outside conventional office hours in alignment with retail operational schedules.
Travel and Logistics:
- Openness to travel to client-designated sites, occasionally on short notice, as per project requirements.
- Proximity to a major airport (within 50 miles) is a prerequisite to accommodate potential air travel needs.
