Job Details
Role: Oracle Retail Support Engineer
Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Onsite from Day 1)
Employment: C2C / W2
Oracle Certification: Mandatory
Shift: Rotational 24/7 support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end functional and technical support for Oracle Retail applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents (RMS, RPM, SIM, ReSA, Allocations, Retail Finance).
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure optimal system performance.
- Support Oracle Retail patching and upgrades.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and document resolutions/configurations.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years in Oracle Retail (v12+) support.
- Deep PL/SQL, Oracle DB performance tuning skills.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Retail data models & integrations (POS, EBS, WMS).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow & ITIL frameworks.
- Hands-on with monitoring tools (Datadog, etc.).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience in task automation and proactive incident reduction.
- Prior experience in 24/7 support environments.
