Job Title: Team Dynamix Administrator
Location: Remote EST
Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Job Description:

Integrating to Team Dynamics and wants to limit end users from being able to search for non-standard items on the catalog. Interested in TD integration for assets. Eval of Hardware based on asset info

  • Configure and maintain the TeamDynamix platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and service catalog.
  • Implement restrictions to limit end-user access to non-standard catalog items.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure platform reliability and security.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for TDX-related issues and enhancements.
  • Lead the integration of asset management systems with TeamDynamix to enable real-time asset tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate hardware based on asset data and lifecycle information.
  • Assist in the design and optimization of ticketing workflows
