Job Title: Back-End Developer

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Back-End Developer to join our team in developing and maintaining cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, a passion for clean and scalable code, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with frontend technologies and cybersecurity is a plus.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend systems using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Build and manage APIs primarily using Flask.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Manage and optimize data storage and queries using PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and security.
• Work independently to meet project deadlines and proactively communicate progress and roadblocks.
• Contribute to the architectural design and code review process.
• (Preferred) Apply cybersecurity best practices across the backend systems.

Required Qualification :

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

• Flask (for API development)
• PostgreSQL
• Redis
• Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)

• Familiarity with Node.js and React.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of development tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in cybersecurity-related environments or platforms.
