Title: SAP HXM Tester
Term: Remote
Pay Rate - $36/hr on W2
Duration- 12+ mos.
Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of experience-
Connect with HR business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements across core HR processes (HR Core) and translate them into Test scripts
Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Conduct thorough testing of SAP configurations to ensure system reliability and performance..
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules.
Work with HR business stakeholders to understand the requirements of HR Core, Talent Acquisition and Time & Absence.
Map business requirements to appropriate SAP HXM/SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, integration, regression, and UAT cycles, covering end-to-end cross-module flows.
Perform defect management by logging, categorizing, tracking, and coordinating resolution of issues in defect management tools (e.g., Solution Manager, HP ALM, JIRA).
Deliver post-go-live support, including hyper care activities, regression testing during quarterly releases, and continuous system enhancements to improve employee experience.
