• This is one the applications set up in a contact centre side
• Contact Centre Application experiences, Having some experiences on Contact Centre Applications or some other similar contact centre applications experiences
• Contact Centre Applications are Nice, Nexidia, Alvaria, Xidia, Variyant
• Someone who has an automations mindset, some past exposure with (Shell, Bash, Python Experiences would be a plus)
• RPA Automation, SRE best practices, SRE Mindset
• Moving to cloud from contact centre applications
• Someone who has cloud certifications (Azure/Google Cloud Platform) would be a plus
• Banking/Financial locations would be a great plus
• This role would be a contract to hire role

Tops 3 Skills:

• Contact Centre Applications are Nice, Nexidia, Alvaria, Xidia, Variyant
• Monitoring tools (App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, ITRS, Splunk, Big Panda, Netcole, Ever Bridge) is a plus
• 3+ years of SQL experience
• Someone who has an automations mindset, some past exposure with (Shell, Bash, Python Experiences would be a plus)
• Someone who has cloud certifications (Azure/Google Cloud Platform) would be a plus

• There are 2 rounds of interview. 1st with Vijay, he will look for Skills set, & personality fit and 2nd round would be with him & panel.
