Job Details
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of experience in Atlassian platform solution architecture and delivery.
- Proficiency in process optimization, automation, and digitization methodologies.
- Experience with transforming IT, business, HR, Finance, and Legal service operations.
- Experience in developing opportunities and managing client relationships.
- Experience with project economics, billing, and overseeing complex project delivery.
- Experience in mentoring junior staff and providing technical guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to design and implement complex Atlassian-based solutions.
- Lead the transformation of client IT and business service management processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Atlassian products and industry best practices.
- Oversee and manage project delivery timelines and engagement economics.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Mentor and provide real-time supervision to junior consulting personnel.
- Document and articulate the value drivers of technological innovation to clients.
