Role: ETL/Data Warehouse Tester (5 10 Years Experience)

Location : Hybrid in Dallas.TX

Required Experience & Skills:

• ETL/Data Warehouse Testing:

  • 5 10 years of hands-on experience in Data Testing, ETL Testing, and Data Warehouse validation in large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end data warehouse systems, from data modeling to reporting and analytics.

• Control-M & Job Scheduling:

  • Extensive experience with Control-M for batch job scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).

  • Ability to debug failures and perform RCA on control jobs effectively.

• SQL & Database Expertise:

  • Strong expertise in SQL Server; capable of handling all SQL objects.

  • Advanced SQL and PL/SQL scripting skills, including creation of complex queries and stored procedures.

  • Experience working with large datasets for analytical and validation purposes.

• ETL Tools & Data Integration:

  • Prior experience with Informatica PowerCenter is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with other ETL tools is acceptable, with a working knowledge of Informatica being a must.

  • Hands-on experience executing workflows and debugging issues in Informatica.

• Testing & QA Artifacts:

  • Proven ability to create and manage all standard test deliverables: Test Plan, Test Strategy, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Defect Reports, and Test Closure Reports.

  • Experience preparing and executing detailed test cases and performing defect triage and coordination.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Prior experience working directly with Business Analysts, UAT teams, and Offshore teams.

  • Skilled in knowledge transition, daily task delegation, and status reporting.

  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and escalation handling abilities
