Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
- The Workday HCM Systems Administrator supports system configuration, reporting, data integrity, and user enablement across all HCM modules.
- This role ensures smooth system operation, aligns functionality with business needs, and supports continuous improvement through testing, documentation, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, particularly in the public sector.
- Proficiency in Workday report writing and analytics.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal assistance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
- Strong attention to detail regarding data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Provide system administration, including business process configuration, reporting development, end-user training, and data management.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to users.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Perform data audits, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate security access-related requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with operational needs.
- Participate in system lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, training, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Communicate with vendors or consultants for system support.
- Maintain familiarity with all Workday HCM modules.
- Stay informed on Workday releases and HRIS best practices, recommending enhancements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
