MOLECULAR ANALYST BIOINFORMATICIAN

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Master of Science (MS) with at least two years of work/research experience in bioinformatics, molecular biology, biology, biochemistry or other related field OR Bachelor of Science (BS) with three or more years of work/research experience in bioinformatics, molecular biology, biology, biochemistry or another related field.
One year of experience using standard analysis software and demonstrated exposure to sequencing data analysis.
One year of experience with sequencing analysis.
Experience with sequencing analysis of Newborn Screening.
One year programming skills in C++ or Java; Programming skills in R, Python, Perl, BASH or another related field.
Prefer one year of experience performing exploratory data analysis as it pertains to Newborn Screening samples.
Eligible for Florida Laboratory license.
