Position: Sr. Reporting Analyst

Work Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract (W2)

NOTE: Only W2, No C2C

Job Description:

The Sr. Reporting Analyst will primarily be responsible for quickly comprehending business knowledge and understand the Business requirements for reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate multiple schedules into a single view for external bridge reporting.
  • Consolidate product test progress and test results.
  • Report program progress to external (TMC) and internal stakeholders.
  • Test results for multiple phases of the project.
  • Follow up with Product Owners and Integration Test Leads when data appears inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Recommend and generate reports to enhance leadership visibility, this includes choosing the right graphical representation to make key information stand out and provide a way to retrieve detail if needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to assist in Defect Reporting in testing events.
  • Ability to use Confluence to create pages to clearly communicate information.
  • Ability to create clear documents to show program timelines/schedules, program progress and test results.
  • Experience using JIRA to understand test results reporting and burndown reporting.
  • Familiarity with running queries (JQL) to extract filtered data in tracking defect open to closure status.
  • Visual design skills to choose the appropriate representation of data so that it is easily understood by executive and working level audiences.
  • Analytical skills to identify misalignments and work with Product Owner and Chief Product Owner to resolve Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Server/SharePoint Services and Tableau.
  • Report generation.
  • PowerBI / Tableau and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.
  • Dashboard creation.
  • Communication across teams.
  • Ability to analyze data.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to learn quickly and think creatively.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Create executive reports.
