Job Description

We are seeking Agile Scrum Masters with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA implementations to support a Department of Defense program. The role involves managing cross-functional agile teams, facilitating SAFe practices, and driving the transition from legacy SAP ECC to a modern S/4 HANA core integrated with Appian and MuleSoft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on SAFe best practices.

  • Oversee development activities for SAP S/4 HANA implementation.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.

  • Track progress, resolve conflicts, and ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance (Mandatory).

  • ship required.

  • SAFe Certification with proven Scrum Master experience.

  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA or ECC implementations.

  • Knowledge of Appian and MuleSoft integrations preferred.

  • Bachelor s degree or higher
