IBM ELM Application Administrator
Work location: Raymond, OH (Hybrid, onsite 4 days/week)
Duration: 15+ months

Description:
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative IBM ELM Application Administrator to provide administrative and technical support for the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) platform, including EWM, ETM, DNG, and JRS tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ELM Requirements Management (DNG), excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
Daily Task Performed:
- Provide daily administrative support for the IBM ELM platform.
- Manage and resolve support tickets related to:
- Project configuration in IBM ELM tools.
- Workflow management, Requirements management
- Technical solutions aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with business groups and stakeholders to address ELM-specific queries and issues.
- Assist with custom application deployments and infrastructure maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
What will this person be working on:
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) end user support, focused on IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) platform.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS':
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering IBM ELM applications (EWM, ETM, DNG, JRS).
- Specific experience supporting ELM DNG Requirements Management is a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in cross-functional and multi-site teams.
- Experience working with stakeholders to provide application support and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in custom application deployment within enterprise environments.
