  • Develop and implement technology enablement strategy to support the timely handling of all employee relations investigations.
  • Build and manage a team of professional project leaders to support technology implementations for a centralized Employee Relations team responsible for enterprise-wide investigations of alleged employee misconduct.
  • Lead and manage the HR Employee Relations Center of Expertise reporting and analytics team.
  • Create and monitor annual KPI reports and advanced analytics to support decision making.

  • Manage and lead complex HR IT projects requiring engagement of enterprise stakeholders and cross-divisional partnerships.
  • Design and implementation of data engineering pipelines to support analysis, application development, statistical modeling, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing and technical performance of company programs. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Assist in the development and execution of departmental business plans, strategies and initiatives, operating capital plans, and facility and equipment. Acts as an advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
