Job Summary
- Serve as a key member of the Legal and Compliance Division (LCD) Divisional Data Office, driving data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and central Data Governance Office teams to implement a data governance framework.
- Guide stakeholders on best practices for data governance and promote standardization across functional areas.
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of data-related initiatives and strategic projects for the division.
- Track and support the remediation of data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Continuously enhance and optimize program processes for data governance.
- Leverage strong organizational and project management skills to balance daily tasks with long-term strategic goals.
- Communicate effectively with global, cross-functional teams to facilitate project progress and stakeholder alignment.
- Apply attention to detail and prioritization skills to manage competing deadlines and project requirements.
- Utilize a minimum of 7 years' experience in a data-related role to independently drive projects and initiatives forward.
