Job Details

Job Title: Service Desk Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Desk Engineer (L1 support. Do not submit L3 support) to join our Assistive Technology and End User Computing team.

  1. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EUC,
  2. Microsoft Windows Technologies, Active Directory, and third-party software and hardware.
  3. The candidate well versed with Microsoft Assistive Software such as Microsoft Accessibility Tools like Narrator and Magnifier, ZoomText & ReadWrite TM etc
