Job Details

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the development team behind a high-impact, custom Salesforce application supporting hotel opening and transition projects. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical execution with mentoring, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

You ll work closely with the Solution Architect, Product Owner, and Delivery Manager to design scalable solutions, manage development capacity, and deliver enhancements that improve operational efficiency across a portfolio of hotel projects.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical schedules and deliverables

  • Partner with the Delivery Manager to prioritize development work and manage team capacity

  • Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, standups, and demos

  • Mentor developers and admins, providing performance feedback and technical guidance

  • Proactively identify blockers and escalate issues when necessary

Technical Execution

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and flows

  • Extend and customize managed packages and 3rd-party Salesforce apps

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, efficient, and reusable code

  • Partner with the business to gather requirements and test new features

  • Maintain documentation of workflows, architecture, and processes

< class="" data-start="1829" data-end="1861">Required Qualifications</>
  • 6 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

  • 1 3 years in a leadership or technical team management role

  • Strong proficiency in:

    • Apex, LWC, SOQL, complex flows

    • HTTP callouts, asynchronous processing (e.g., Queueables, Futures, Batch Apex)

    • Managed packages and integrations

  • Experience leading agile teams and managing sprints

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Required Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II

  • Salesforce Administrator

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder

  • Salesforce Business Analyst, Advanced Admin, or Architect certifications

  • Project management training or certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP)

  • Familiarity with Inspire Planner, TaskRay, or other project management tools

  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
