Job Details
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the development team behind a high-impact, custom Salesforce application supporting hotel opening and transition projects. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical execution with mentoring, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
You ll work closely with the Solution Architect, Product Owner, and Delivery Manager to design scalable solutions, manage development capacity, and deliver enhancements that improve operational efficiency across a portfolio of hotel projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical schedules and deliverables
Partner with the Delivery Manager to prioritize development work and manage team capacity
Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, standups, and demos
Mentor developers and admins, providing performance feedback and technical guidance
Proactively identify blockers and escalate issues when necessary
Technical Execution
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and flows
Extend and customize managed packages and 3rd-party Salesforce apps
Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, efficient, and reusable code
Partner with the business to gather requirements and test new features
Maintain documentation of workflows, architecture, and processes
6 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
1 3 years in a leadership or technical team management role
Strong proficiency in:
Apex, LWC, SOQL, complex flows
HTTP callouts, asynchronous processing (e.g., Queueables, Futures, Batch Apex)
Managed packages and integrations
Experience leading agile teams and managing sprints
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Required Certifications
Salesforce Platform Developer II
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce Business Analyst, Advanced Admin, or Architect certifications
Project management training or certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP)
Familiarity with Inspire Planner, TaskRay, or other project management tools
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
Lead a technically challenging project with real operational impact
