Position Summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced AD / ICAM Systems Administrator to support identity and access management operations at a federal government site. This is a new requirement supporting the DOJ Antitrust Division and requires strong hands-on expertise in Active Directory and ICAM technologies within a secure, on-prem environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Active Directory (AD) environments, ensuring security, availability, and compliance

  • Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, access controls, and group memberships

  • Support Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) initiatives

  • Manage and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs), trusts, DNS, and directory services

  • Ensure adherence to federal security standards and access control policies

  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to support identity solutions

  • Perform routine system maintenance, monitoring, and issue resolution

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures


Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory administration

  • Experience supporting ICAM / IAM systems in an enterprise or government environment

  • Knowledge of access control, authentication, and authorization concepts

  • Ability to work onsite in a secure government facility

  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience supporting federal agencies or DOJ environments

  • Familiarity with IAM protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

  • Exposure to security compliance frameworks or federal IT standards


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
    (Equivalent work experience will be considered)
